Additionally, Jimmy serves as a Director for the Savannah/Hilton Head RCA and is actively involved with several key committees within the Georgia Association of Realtors, including the Legislative Affairs, Brokers Council, Global Alliance, and Professional Standards committees. In addition to his commercial real estate success, Jimmy has been deeply involved in the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, where he was recognized as the Small Business Leader of the Year in 2009, 2012, and 2019. A veteran of the United States Army, Jimmy served eight years, including deployments to Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield and Iraq during Desert Storm. His service earned him membership in two prestigious organizations: the Sergeant Morales Club and the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, which are reserved for the top Non-Commissioned Officers in the U.S. Army. Jimmy's military background provides him with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by military families, which he applies to his work with clients in the Fort Stewart area. Jimmy's sense of duty extends beyond his military and real estate careers and reflects on his community impact. He is a 32° Master Mason, a Shriner, and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Additionally, he served as the 2015 President of the Hinesville/Fort Stewart Shrine Club and continues to volunteer for numerous nonprofit organizations, including his ongoing support of Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Sleep in Heavenly Peace Hinesville Chapter, which provides beds for children in need. In 2024, Jimmy was awarded the prestigious Georgia Realtor of the Year award by the Georgia Association of Realtors, an honor that reflects his outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and the community. In November, Jimmy will travel to Boston as a finalist for the National Realtor of the Year award, continuing to represent Georgia at the national level.
